Not cancer: Pimple like lesion under breast crease usually skin hemangioma. Malignancies here show up as skin basal Ca or squamous Ca. with skin ulceration. Tumors of the breast would show as skin dimpling with a possible underlying mass that would show up on mammo. If concerned have dermatologist exam.
