Ring shaped rash: Sounds like this could be ring worm- a fungal infection if the skin. It's quite common esp in hot environments, and if contact with kids. You might want to try Clotrimazole 1% or other topical anti fungal cream for 10 days. If that doesn't wipe it out, better show it to a doc for definitive evaluation and treatment.
