Hydrate well: If u'r ultrasound was ok, sounds like u may be dehydrated. Make sure u drink plenty if water and drink things that have potassium, magnesium, calcium, sodium and similar electrolytes. Gatorade is easy to take. Stretch well too, before, during ad after u'r walk. It may also be u'r lower back. If the things I recommended do not help I may need testing on u'r lower back
