Aldactone (spironolactone): Aldactone (spironolactone) has antiandrogenic effect so helps with facial hair and acne. It also has Progesterone like effects so can cause more menstrual irregularities peri menopause with breast tenderness! It also has a very low estrogen like effect which is generally not clinically significant!
