Unlikely: Aneurysms, when they rupture usually present with very definite symptoms-ie." worst headache of one's life". Tumors usually do not present with an isolated headache. If this persists and recurs and gets worse, it should definitely be worked up.

Not likely: By the time you read this answer your pain is probably gone. If not, see your primary care physician. Most common causes of the type of pain you describe is muscular. Aneurysm rupture is rarely missed - you would be super sick in a hurry. Tumors often cause no symptoms whatsoever. If not better in a few days, see your neurologist.
