No: I assume you had local anesthetic. It can take hours to wear off. In the very , very unlikely event a nerve was actually damage during injection, it will also heal back to normal.

Temporary numbness: It is normal condition. Your lips teeth and tongue may be numb for several hours after the dental treatment appointment. Avoid any chewing until the numbness has completely worn off, preventing biting yourself. Good luck.
