A member asked:

I have a blood clot in my left jugular vein i am currently on coumadin (warfarin). can i get another clot? my right arm is swollen slightly.

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Warfarin: The purpose of the Coumadin (warfarin) is to allow the clot to reverb and prevent a new one. The arm swelling suggests there may be more than just jugular obstruction. Discuss with your doctor.
