How should i treat my shin hematoma and is it normal to find discoloration in other parts of my leg days later?

If it is a true: hematoma and not just echhymosis, it might or might not resolve without drainage. Blood can suffuse down soft tissue planes of your leg and discolor the more dependent parts of your leg down to your ankles. Get a surgeon to look at it for specific recommendations.
