Different: Trypsin is an enzyme and is part of the digestive process. Insulin is a hormone which is secreted by the pancreas and circulates throughout the body.

No: Trypsin is a digestive enzyme secreted by the acinar cells of pancreas into the ducts and from there into intestine. Salivary glands also secrete trypsin. Insulin is a hormone, made by the beta cell in pancreatic islets and released into blood.
