Stay physically fit: You may need to continue supplementing with iron and vitamin D; you're a young woman who may need extra iron, and vitamin D's in short supply in the normal diet and now that we don't sun ourselves that much, many people are deficient. Nothing says "cirrhosis" in what you've told us; with a history of fatty liver, why not get as intensely involved with physica fitness as you can?
