We have seen people present in the er with dystonic reactions (arching back, writhing movements of hands, tongue, jaw, etc) after having taken "street xanax (alprazolam)." it turned out this "xanax (alprazolam)" was actually haldol. Not the kind of surprise people would want, i'm sure.
