Neuritis: Have you been sitting for a long period of time? in a car or otherwise? Excessive exercises such as squatting heavy weights or bending in unusual positions can cause tingling. Sometimes there can be sciatica, and/or impingement on the lower back. Other remote causes of numbness/tingling may be due to diabetes (if there is a history with you or in your family).
