Pingueculua: You have discovered a normal feature of the eye surface next to the colored part. You can have as many as four - one on each side of each eye. They are a protective feature of the eyes against uv light, wind and dust. They have that peculiar name, pinguecula. They are harmless and will had as you grow older usually over 60.
