Is there any complete treatment of mouth cancer at age 78?

Yes: Age is not a reason to forego possible curative therapy. Much will depend upon the nature and extent of the cancer itself.

Oral cancer: typically affects smokers older than 50 years of age, but also presenting at a younger age, particularly in nonsmokers. Most oral cancers begin in the tongue and in the floor of the mouth. Like most of the cancers treatments may include surgery, radiation therapy or chemotherapy. Good luck to you.
