Talk with OB: you need to discus this with your OB. IgM suggests a recent exposure , and that could be a risk to the pregnancy. They will probably check titers and refer to a specialist.

Toxoplasmosis IgM: A positive toxoplasmosis IgM can indicate a recent infection with the parasite. Knowing the status of the IgG test helps the interpretation of the IgM results. Toxoplasmosis infection is known to cause damage to a developing fetus. A physician will be able to discuss the risks, treatment options, and follow-up actions recommended when a pregnant woman has a positive IgM.
