Hello how are you... please help me, i got tested for rubella igg and rubella igm when i was 8 weeks 3 days pregnant on 27october. now the problem is that both results came positive. please help me understand what this means im so worried?

IgM is present at the time of infection and IgG denotes you have had the infection or vaccine in the past and is of no worry now. If you had no symptoms of Rubella recently or have had it before then it (IgM)could be false positive- have it repeated. Rubella infection during pregnancy affects the fetus negatively- that is why it is important to know. Good luck
