IgM is present at the time of infection and IgG denotes you have had the infection or vaccine in the past and is of no worry now. If you had no symptoms of Rubella recently or have had it before then it (IgM)could be false positive- have it repeated. Rubella infection during pregnancy affects the fetus negatively- that is why it is important to know. Good luck
