Unlikely: It is estimated that pre-cum contains viable sperm in about 1/3 of men but in very low concentrations. Precum coming in contact with outer vagina/labia less likely to reach cervix than sperm/semen deposited well within vagina. Putting both factors together, chance of pregnancy rare but not impossible.
