Troublesome gas: Gas in the GI tract can be troublesome. Part of the problem comes from the foods we eat. It may be helpful to keep a dietary journal and note which foods are most troublesome - such as beans, cabbage, brussel sprouts etc. Getting gas to mobilize out of the system may be facilitated with moderate exercise such as walking. Drinking plain water could help too. Good luck-I know this problem is a pain
