Call orthodontist: Getting food stuck in between your teeth and behind your braces can be uncomfortable, annoying and even embarrassing. Usually it’s an easy fix with dental floss or proxabrash. If not resolved, contact your orthodontist during normal business hours and explain the situation. they will accommodate you at your convenience. Good luck.
