Orthodontist: Your concerns should be addressed to the orthodontist who is treating you and knows exactly what appliances were placed, and where. It's so hard to diagnose these types of problems, sight unseen.

Possible debond: It's possible the bracket has deboned. Please see your Orthodontic Specialist or treating General Dentist to have your appliance checked.

Call orthodontist: Getting food stuck in between your teeth and behind your braces can be uncomfortable, annoying and even embarrassing. Usually it’s an easy fix with dental floss or proxabrash. If not resolved, contact your orthodontist during normal business hours and explain the situation. they will accommodate you at your convenience. Good luck.
