A member asked:

If you have swollen lymph nodes is it always accompanied with fever/flu? or can someone have a swollen lymph nodes w/o any fever?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Lymphadenopathy: You can have enlarged lymph nodes without fever. There are numerous reasons why they enlarge, most commonly because they are doing their job and fighting inflammation. This does not have to be accompanied by fever. Best.
