Fix depression: Often times we find that being depressed amplifies pain sensations and also decreases a person's ability to cope with less than ideal health. The first thing you should do is get a handle on your depression. That may help your pain and will certainly place you in a better frame of mind to then deal with your physical problems. I hope this helps.
