Toilet: I'm assuming there was no BM, in the toilet. Urine is sterile, and won't cause infection. The soaps should be fine, if closed, just wash the container. Toothpaste, if closed, should be fine. Just rinse it off, and squeeze some out. It's unlikely, since it's so thick, that it should have gotten in. If you're grossed out, just toss it. Also, FYI, they sell toilet child proofing, to prevent this.
