Cut portion size: Don't diet, change your relationship with food! Weight-loss will occur by cutting back sweets, fried and snack foods. Increase your fresh fruits, vegetables and lean protein. Also cut back on the amount of pasta and other starches you eat. Don't eat after dinner, wait before you have a second serving, and watch your portion size. Drink water not juice or soda, and keep up with your exercise!
