Not all of them: A tonsil stone is not a stone but a collection of food particles in the crypts of the tonsillar surface. It usually does not cause pain. A slight sore throat with referred pain to the ear is possible, also. But loss of taste and globus would not be associated with the collection of debris in the tonsil.
