Seek Treatment: From your symptoms, the root canal may be failing. I would recommend a referral to a dentist or to an walk-in-clinic. I would ice the area 20 minutes every 2 hours and start taking ibuprofen, if available, until you are seen. Antibiotics may be needed to help improve your symptoms and relieve the pressure. I hope you are able to seek treatment.

Use your travel insurance. It should cover medical and dental. if not, there are qualified endodontists there to see you. I'd not wait until you get home.
