Seek Treatment: From your symptoms, the root canal may be failing. I would recommend a referral to a dentist or to an walk-in-clinic. I would ice the area 20 minutes every 2 hours and start taking ibuprofen, if available, until you are seen. Antibiotics may be needed to help improve your symptoms and relieve the pressure.
