M.D. visit: From your history and description, these symptoms may represent an allergic reaction which can cause red irritated eyes and nasal passages. Sinusitis caused by an infection is also possible, but the drainage would be thick and fever is typically associated. I would suggest a nasal steroid and taking the loratadine daily until the symptoms improve. Your physician will also screen you for asthma.
