Reduced caloric resp: First of all--- is it true reduced response? Hot air --- when used for the test can cause false positive low response. Hot water test is more reliable. Second- were u exposed to gentamicin or amino glycosides --- coz it is very common with those drugs toxicity. And usually the damage is not reversible.
