Not usually: There are a number of symptoms that can arise from abnormalities of the cervical spine, but tremors are pretty rarely associated with cervical spine abnormalities. A detailed exam by a neurologist can usually determine the likely potential causes if your problem. If a neurologist did examine you and recommended a cervical mri, then i would not hesitate to get one.
