Bad choice!: Will need exam , X-rays and treatment. If skin broken, tetanus and possibly antibiotics. Get checked-- can turn into serious problems.

Needs X/R study.: Hand injury cause fracture bone. You need to have X-Ray to rule out,and further treatment.
