I hit my hand yesterday. immediately after i couldnt pick up anything, or use my hand due to the pain. i cant move my wrist around the pain is too much theres no bruising but a little swelling. what can i do?

Get examined: The wrist has 8 small bones that work as a team to provide your range of movement. One of those bones near the base of the thumb is more prone to cracking/breaking than the others. Failure to identify & properly treat an injury to that bone can result in problems later. I would seek an evaluation. A cool compress in the interim can help limit pain/swelling.
