what to do if i cut my big toe on accident when i was removing my cuticles!?

Conservative tx: Clean the big toe daily with soap and water and apply neosporin cream (neomycin and polymyxin b) or triple antibiotic on the area and cover with a bandaid for a few days. If the pain and redness doesn't go away in a few days, see your local podiatrist.
