HOW LONG AGO?: Was it X-rayed Antibiotics What/how long- need to prevent bone infection-Osteomelitis- may need scan to verify +/- it. If clear, nail MAY regrow normally but should be removed. Appears skin is dehisced (sloughed). Shouls regrow in 28 days IF no infection
