good day. a little embarrassing. my 2 bigs toes are slightly discoloured. they are the only 2 toes doing with and i don't know what it means. there is also a tiny flat but between the cuticle and the nail. almost looks as if there is a gel overlay an?

Need to examine: It is not feasible to provide a meaningful opinion without additional history, physical examination and may be some tests. Is it your toes or the toe nails. You may have fungal infection. Give over the counter fungal cream a try. You may ask the pharmacist for assistance in picking one. If that does not work, it would be prudent to see a podiatrist. WHICH COLOR?: Yellow toenails are often the result of a toenail fungus. This can be difficult to eradicate and may require prescription medication or laser ablation. I agree that you should see a podiatrist or physician. If there is another color to the nail bed, such as blue or black discoloration this can mean that you have bled underneath the nail bed or may have a melanoma. See a doctor.
