WHICH COLOR?: Yellow toenails are often the result of a toenail fungus. This can be difficult to eradicate and may require prescription medication or laser ablation. I agree that you should see a podiatrist or physician. If there is another color to the nail bed, such as blue or black discoloration this can mean that you have bled underneath the nail bed or may have a melanoma. See a doctor.
