Forget it: You do not need to complicate your life. Eat simple, healthy foods and exercise daily. Polant based foods are much healthier than animal based foods. Eat ample amount of veggies and fruits dauily and do not consume high sugar and high fat items. Get a good dose of proteins from eggs, nuts and soy products. If you can stick with these recommendations you will look good and feel great as a result.
