What do you advise if i'm having a triglyceride of 548. i cycle for 7kms. daily. is this good or i should necessarily walk instead of cycling ?

Cycling is good: Cycling is just as good a form of exercise as walking but your TG are related to what you eat and your heredity more than your exercise. Do you have diabetes? Do you drink much alcohol? You should try to attain or at least move towards ideal body weight. Eat a plant based diet.
