A member asked:

What should i do to avoid sun burn as i have sensitive skin?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Sunburn prevention: generally consists of applying a sunscreen 30 minutes prior to sun exposure and every 3-4 hours thereafter (opt for PABA free if you have sensitive skin). Wide brimmed hats and long sleeved clothing/pants further offer protection. Product lines of fabrics with increased UV ray blockage are available on line and in outdoor recreation superstores.
