Burns and sun: Sun is always bad for the skin, especially scars! the uv radiation in the sun's rays actually causes damage the skin cells. It can in fact damage their ability to repair themselves from injury and cause skin cancers. Additionally, sun on scars makes them appear much worse than they could be otherwise. Definitely avoid sun on scars and use daily spf 30+ sunscreen to your face and any scars!

No sun is not good: Sun is not good for normal skin let alone burned skin. Healing skin is more fragile than normal skin and is more prone to hyperpigment with sun exposure. Make sure you cover your skin burn with sunblock when exposed to sun especially the first year.
