Intrasellar mass: The sella turcica is where the pituitary gland is located. Most intrasellar masses are related to the pituitary gland. There are a variety of neoplastic and non-neoplastic masses. The most common tumor in adults is pituitary adenoma. Speak with your doctor about this. You've had a CT scan, but an MRI scan is far better at evaluating these.
