After meal pain: Gallstones or a dysfunctional gallbladder are very common problems. They generally present as AFTER -meal right upper quadrant or mid-upper abdominal pain and bloating;often with nausea, sometimes vomiting. Patients will experience this 30-60 minutes after eating. It does NOT have to be a fatty meal. An ultrasound is very easy to get and diagnose these.
