Would a subpleural nodule be a subpleural lymph node in ct image?

Not necessarily: Usually not a lymph node, more likely a small benign granuloma from prior inflammation assuming there are no risk factors for malignancy. Subpleural simply refers to the location...next to, or beneath, the pleura, the membrane that lines the lungs.
