What kind of conditioning do i do to get back in shape coming back off of a serious injury?

It is always best to start with walking and increasing speed over time to eventually run. Also, light free weights and stretching before you get into sport specific training. You do not say what your injury is so only vague answers can be given. Wish you the best and consult with a Physical Therapist.
