Hip pain: The pain could be either from an injury or because your body isn't used to running. It is important to make sure your form is good, your shoes are good and that you are stretching properly and taking care of your potential injury. Depending where in the hip you may need to use a foam roller or do some special stretches. A physical therapist or running coach may be able to help you with stretch.
