What is a genetic disease that prevents the phospholipids in the plasma membrane of the white blood cells?

Unusual: Not sure if i understand the question. There is a disorder called scott syndrome where phospholipids are abnormally oriented in the cell membranes. This prevents activation of the cell. The typical manifestation of this is bleeding disorder, due to the inability of platelets to become activated.
