I had blood thinners a prescribed to prevent stroke and heart attacks. why do nsaids pose such a high risk for heart disease?

Side effects: Nsaid's can clearly increase blood pressure, the number one risk of stroke or heart attack, but could also adversely interact with your stroke preventative meds, and compromise value. Some prior drugs in this class have been so toxic that they have been removed from the market.
