What would happen if i took ru-486(mifeprex) if i have mild asthma?

Exacerbate asthma: ru-486 has many side affects that could exacerbate asthma and breathing problems, including sinusitis, pharyngitis to the most feared ARDS (Adult Respiratory Distress Syndrome). Another side affect is dyspepsia that can exacerbate asthma. The side affects listed are fairly significant.

Probably OK: You indicate mild asthma therefore I am assuming that you have infrequent attacks and do not require a controller (inhaled cortisone). If that is the case mifeprex does not appear to have warnings or adverse reactions related to asthma. Of course it would be good to check with your asthma physician to make sure Good Luck
