Is it safe to restart taking sertraline 50 mg after stopping cold turkey a few months ago?

See your doctor : It is not clear as to why you stopped. If there were side effects you may do better with a smaller dose or a different meds. Consult your doctor first prior to restarting the meds. Probably would not be side effects but there is a rebound effect if you stop it cold.
