Possible, not common: HIV is contacted by exchange of body fluids so it depends on what you do short of having sex that will tell if it is possible to have contacted the virus. If you've been naked and body parts have touched, even if actual penetration has not occurred, there is still a small chance that body fluids could be exchanged and this passing the virus along. It's best to get tested regularly anyway.
