A member asked:

If a person has hiv, is it a good idea for that person to consume supplements that are supposed to support or stimulate the immune system?

Won't help: Such supplements will not help at all. You (or whoever has HIV) should not waste money on anything like this. The person with HIV needs traditional anti-HIV drugs. Otherwise stay generally healthy with balanced diet, physical activity, weight control, etc. Nothing else makes any difference.

No such thing: I am afraid no such supplement that I know of would support or stimulate the immune system other than healthy life style: fresh fruits and vegetables, sun and fresh air, good night sleep and exercise, best wishes
