Yes: If you had an implant it can be removed. If the bone was cut and moved it can be re-cut and moved.

If reduction...?: Augmentation or reduction? If soft synthetic implant was inserted it is reversible. However, a chin reduction is a surgical procedure in which the chin is reduced through bone removal or sculpting and it is not reversible.
