A member asked:

What does it mean when you feel cold but you ar warm and its not a fever?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Body temperature: Feeling cold or warm requires that there be a differential between the environmental temperature and your body surface temperature. For instance, after eating a large meal, distribution of blood flow to your core may deprive the surface of relative amounts of blood and allow you to feel cool. Changes in endocrine functions may also be involved, like hypothyroidism.
